We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within this period.

In the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns, regardless of the reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

Custom products, including suits with personalized monograms or other bespoke alterations

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions noted above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
