Please not that all shipping is made to ship your product as fast as possible, if a product is damaged ship and or return the product back and you can get a new one sent to you, if product is shipped back for damage but is not a damaged product it will be repackaged and sent back. Please note that our return policy is not just for refunds it is also for damaged products.
